Fostering Connections is a program tailored for organizations aiming to establish or rejuvenate their culture and align it with a comprehensive learning and development strategy. Throughout this five-month workshop, participants will have the opportunity to step back and view their business from a fresh perspective.

 

Rather than solely focusing on organizational goals, the emphasis will be on shaping the envisioned culture. Once the vision is defined, we'll delve into the employee lifecycle and help you create a tailored learning and development strategy that aligns with that vision.

Who Should Attend? 

Fostering Connections is a suite of two companion programs—one built for leaders, the other for the full workforce. They are designed to run together or independently. Both are grounded in science-backed research on human connection, real-world organizational experience, and the belief that every person has a role in building the culture they want to work in.
