DISC Facilitation

Everything DISC is a powerful assessment tool that measures an individual's preferences and tendencies based on the DISC model.

Understanding these measures helps understand employers' interactions and how their priorities shape how they approach their jobs.   DISC gives the organization a "birds-eye" view of each employer's assessment results and the entire company.  These results provide insight into the organization's culture, communication, and possible conflict.

DISC Workshops

All DISC workshops are customized to meet your specific goals and address your unique challenges. Below is a sample of some of the workshop topics I can facilitate. 

Introduction to DISC

Participants walk through the framework of the DISC® model.  They will learn about their DISC® style, how their DISC® styles influence their actions, and what motivates and stresses them. In addition, Participants will have an opportunity to work with their team to learn about others' DISC styles and how to use their style to communicate more effectively.

Agile EQ

Help learners understand where personal development may be needed  to work more productively in different emotional and social situations

Management

Provides participants with techniques to improve self-awareness and awareness of others, be more effective in the workplace, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. The Management modules teach participants how to use DiSC® ® principles to adapt their approach and manage others more effectively.
