Meet Deanna - Owner
What is my why? The answer comes in three parts.
Create a safe space for people to grow.
Recently, I walked into a training space, and my heart raced. I love facilitating workshops. I love the ah-ha moments, the human connection, and helping people look at a topic differently. Most importantly, I love hearing people’s stories—their successes and challenges.
Workshops aren’t about the presenter; they are about everyone who walks through the door, wanting to leave a little more educated and more inspired. I want to create that safe place for them.
I want to help organizations solve problems.
I am good at looking at a problem and finding a strategic solution to solve it.
Often, what may look like a “training issue” may be another problem altogether. For instance, I just finished writing a training course to help an organization’s employees take more initiative. As we dug deeper into the issue, we found there was more to address. It wasn’t just about employees lacking initiative but about the communication between the managers and their employees. I help organizations dig deeper and ask more challenging questions so they can address the real problems and then work with them to create the right solutions.
I want employees to be seen. Actually, I want all talent, employed or searching to be seen.
I want to help organizations create better strategies and processes for all employee life cycle stages, from recruitment to succession planning, so people feel seen and valued. If I had to name a passion project, this would be it.
When I drilled it down, my why came down to this: I believe any organization can create a culture where everyone thrives. With the appropriate support, tools, and processes, you can unlock the potential to create a culture where everyone works together for a common goal.
